Knights moves into Cheltenham’s business quarter

Knights 1759 has announced it will move its Cheltenham office to Festival House early next year.

Located in the prestigious business quarter, the new office accommodation will be home to a team of 25 professionals who will relocate from Knights’ current premises on Montpellier Drive.

The UK-top 100 business has signed a long-term lease on the building and will move into the new office space in January as part of Knights’ overall growth plans in the South West.

Office leader, Mark Anton-Smith said: “Cheltenham and the wider region is a fantastic place to be doing business and our team has grown significantly during the time we have been here. Moving into the new premises is an exciting step for the team and a strategic move to continue growing in the region.

“We have attracted high-calibre professionals with city and niche sector expertise to join our growing business – something we are very proud of and continue to do.

“The space on offer at Festival House is ideal to meet the needs of Knights’ team culture, working across one floor in an open-plan, high-quality environment. We are looking forward to welcoming additional talented professionals and specialist teams to Knights in the future.”

Knights operates from six regional offices in Derby, Chester, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Oxford and Wilmslow.

The business achieved a 64% increase in turnover from £20.5 million to £33.5 million in the last 12 months having grown significantly from £8 million in 2011.
