Delegate Passes:

Once registration has been completed for all attending delegates, you will be required to complete your payment via the secure on-line payment portal which you will appear following the submission of your registration form – (For payment options and instructions, please see the payment options area below).

Upon receipt of registration, a representative of Netlaw Media will contact you via email to confirm your registration (Due to the high number of registrations for this event, a confirmation will be sent within 72 hours). Please submit one registration for each attending delegate.

VIP Pass (guest code required):

If you have received a guest invitation code, simply fill in all fields within the registration form above and enter your ‘Guest Invitation Code’ in the field provided.

Upon receipt of registration, a representative of Netlaw Media will contact you via email to confirm your registration (Due to the high number of registrations, a confirmation will be sent within 72 hours). Please submit one registration for each attending guest.

All VIP pass codes and allocations will expire 40 days prior to event date.

Final Date for Delegate / Guest Registration:

Delegate registrations close September 2026 – (Please Note: No additional registrations or name changes will be accepted following this date). Should the event reach full capacity prior to the deadline registrations will close without notice – (Please Note: No additional registrations or guest passes will be accepted or honoured after registration has closed).

Payment Options:

Credit or Debit Card Payment – Fill in all fields within the registration form above and submit. Once the registration form has been submitted (for each attending delegate / consultant) you will be automatically directed to the ‘Payment Page’.

1. Select the amount of delegate or consultant passes required within the relevant ‘Buy Now’ area.
2. Click the ‘Buy Now’ button to begin a secure credit or debit card on-line payment via PayPal – (PayPal account is not required).
3. You will now be redirected to a secure PayPal payment page where you may pay with your PayPal account, or select ‘Pay with a debit or credit card’ (PayPal account is not required)
4. Upon completion of payment, a confirmation email will be sent to confirm receipt of funds within 72 hours.

Please Note: Netlaw Media conducts detailed due diligence and all registrations will be vetted to confirm that the correct payment option has been submitted before final registration is approved. Should an applicant select an incorrect payment option and the application / payment be rejected, a £30 administration and return fee (per registration) will be issued and taken prior to returning any payment.
